Casa das Oliveiras is located in the quiet leafy area of Vale de Milho and within walking distance (25 minutes) of bars and restaurants together with bars and restaurants at Centeanes. Entrance is via secure gates from the road onto a lengthy driveway with parking for several vehicles. The villa is set back and surrounded by gardens with mature plants and trees and a lawned relaxation area. Entering through the main front door leads into a hallway with cloakroom on left, elegant spiral staircase to the upper floor where there is a twin bedded room with private balcony and sea views. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with private terraces. All bedrooms have en suite bath/shower rooms and the villa is fully air conditioned. The huge lounge has comfortable seating for up to 7 adults and has a wide screen TV with a huge range of international and UK channels through an IPTV system. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large wrap around terrace overlooking the pool area, which has tables and seating. Great views to the south and some sea views are on offer. From the terrace there are steps down to the pool terrace and steps up to the roof terrace where there are great sea views. The kitchen has been renovated and has all utensils, crockery, equipment, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.The pool is 10 x 5 m with gentle entry steps into the shallow end and just off is a sheltered seating area for 6/7 people with purpose built BBQ close by. Pool heating is available for the cooler months.(at an extra cost)

The villa is approximately 25 minutes walk to Carvoeiro and restaurants or an easy drive to the centre. Within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, plus the 9 hole of Vale do Milho is within an easy walk.There is also the water park of Slide and Splash, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops a 10 minute drive away. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. There are many beaches in the area - the nearest being Centeanes Beach - about 10 - 15 minutes walk whilst Carvoeiro beach is about 30 minutes.

Air con inclusive in price
A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.
£150 returnable damages deposit required,
Changeover days are flexible depending on month.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
