A truly superb 3 bed fully air-conditioned villa in a beautifully serene area of Carvoeiro, Vale da Lapa. Completed to the owners specification in 2009, this villa oozes quality from wherever you view. With pedestrian or vehicle gate entry, there is parking for two cars. At the front door you are greeted with a huge open spaced lower floor which has a bedroom (en suite), further guest cloakroom, lounge, dining area, kitchen (with utility room off) and a dedicated TV/Cinema room with surround sound and two comfortable loungers. The individually designed kitchen with beautiful black granite worktops is a spacious contemporary area and is supplied with a full range of units and appliances. A walk up the flowing solid wood stairs and you arrive at another beautiful open plan landing area where there are two luxury leather chairs to enjoy the sea views to the south from the inside. Huge patio doors give access to the external wrap-around balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers. Two further double bedrooms are located on the upper floor and both with fabulous en suite walk-in showers, complete with contemporary baths..
We do advise, because of the modern staircase, that no children under the age of 8 should accompany guest groups. The villa is legally licensed under the AL scheme 17629/AL

Vale da Lapa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro in a beautifully located area with views overlooking the sea. Carvoeiro itself is approx 5 minutes drive.
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, plus the 9 hole of Vale do Milho a water park - Slide and Splash, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. There are many beaches in the area - the nearest being in Carvoeiro - about 10 minutes drive to the The Square and the beach. .

Rental includes bed linen and bathroom towels, and beach/pool towels.
Pool heating is available at extra cost, if required
A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.
A 200 euros returnable damages deposit required.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
