A beautiful 4 bed villa with private pool and close to Carvoeiro
A good sized villa just outside the centre of Carvoeiro with air con in all bedrooms and living room. The spacious living room has satellite tv, DVD player, wi-fi. There is a separate dining room. The kitchen has many appliances including coffee maker, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine
There are 4 bedrooms, two being doubles and the further two have twin beds. One bedroom is ensuite. There is a family bathroom for the other bedrooms.
The outside has a private pool which is oval and approximately 10 x 5 in size . The deep end is 2 metres and the shallow end 1.14 metres in depth..
There is an outside eating area with table, chairs and outside bbq (charcoal).
There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars.

This fantastic 4 bed villa is located just outside the old fishing village of Carvoeiro. A short 5 minute drive gets you to the village itself with its multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants, shops and banks. The restaurants cater for a huge variety of cuisines.
Carvoeiro was a former fishing village and although now a thriving holiday resort, still retains much of it's charm. The town also has its own beach, with several more in the area within 15 minutes drive.
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.

Notes to the rental rates
Rental includes bed linen and bathroom towels, but not beach/pool towels.
A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.
£150 returnable damages deposit required,
Flexible changeover days, depending on other bookings taken.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
