A spacious 3 bed villa to rent in Carvoeiro with air con, swimming pool (heating if required) and within walking distance of Carvoeiro village on the popular Quinta do Paraiso resort.
Villa Santa Maria is located in the area known as Quinta do Paraiso and there are many extra facilities that can be used ie use of tennis courts, 3 main pools, Kiddiclub, restaurants, bars and mini supermarket. It is set in a mature area with lovely gardens.
The villa itself has 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en suite) and a guest bathroom which also serves the third bedroom. There is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and this leads to the dining room and then patio doors to the al fresco dining area on the patio. The modern kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and has a large American style double fridge with ice and drinking water dispenser. Through the kitchen there is a fully equipped utility room leading to a drying area in the small courtyard. The villa is also fitted with an active water softener.
The pool area has ample sun beds and parasols for guests and another seating area with table and chairs if required. with dimensions of 10 x 5 metres the pool has gentle entry steps from the shallow Roman end with a depth of approx 0.8 metres to a maximum of 2.10 metres at the deep end and pool heating is available on request (extra charge) The beautiful gardens are meticulously maintained and the mature plants give privacy all around the villa. There are lawns and a large BBQ area with refrigerator and water.To the front of the villa stairs lead to the roof terrace where there are further sun beds and fantastic 360º views towards the coastline and surrounding area.
The villa is air conditioned and for winter use there is a log burner in the lounge. There is a flat screen tv with UK channels plus a dvd player. Free Wi-Fi is included.
It is fully licensed under the Alojamento Local (AL) scheme, registration no 4691/AL

The villa is on an area known as Quinta do Paraiso and is within walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro. There is also a restaurant in this residential area - the Trattoria Oliveira approx 5 minutes walk and there are another 2 or 3 restaurants with a further 5 or 10 minutes walk.
Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.
£150 returnable damages deposit required,
Changeover days are flexible depending on month.
Pool heating available at extra cost, if required.

Transfers
If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation.
The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.
We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
