A Nossa Casa is a fabulous, recently internally renovated 4 bed villa with private pool of extremely high quality, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. This villa is for a family/group who require quality furnishings, fittings and decor whilst on their well deserved break. The complete villa has a bright and colourful outlook and exudes style and modernity.

The ground floor comprises a huge open plan lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bath/shower room, separate cloakroom and the fully fitted new kitchen.  Upstairs there are two further bedrooms.  Both bedrooms have patio door access to the large upper sun terrace. Both bedrooms have newly fitted en suite bathroom/shower rooms.

The pool is kidney shaped and there is pool heating available at an extra cost. Good sized gardens surround the villa and there are terraces for outside dining together with a bbq.

This fabulous 4 bed villa is close to Ferragudo and only minutes walk to Caneiros Beach with it's excellent restaurant - Rei das Praias.  There are several other local restaurants within walking distance.

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. 

 

Rental Rates

1 week minimum stay

Rental includes bed linen and bathroom towels,  pool towels.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required to seal the booking, then balance to be paid 2 calendar months prior to rental start.

£200 returnable damages deposit required.

Pool heating at extra cost, if required.

Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Transfers

If you wish us to arrange airport transfers just let us know we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and taken direct to your accommodation. 

The transfer is personal to you and you do not have to go through the agony of being the last one dropped off!! The company we use know the locations of all the properties so there is no delay in getting to your destination.

We track your flight and even if your flight is either early or late we will endeavour to be there as close to your flight arrival. Again, just ask for a quote.
